As the church goes into Catechetical Sunday, Pastor Jude Ekenedilichukwu Ezuma said that Holy Family Parish & School's theme for this year is based on the first letter St. Paul sent to the Corinthians.

"While we celebrate catechists and all those who are primarily dedicated to the ministry of catechesis today, it is important to call to mind that this mission has been entrusted to all baptized Christians by Jesus Christ Himself," Ezuma wrote in a church bulletin.

Because of COVID-19, the church has elected to do an at-home Catechesis wherein parents serve as the main educators to their children in their faith. He urged members to commit to making daily prayer part of their routine and to continue to speak to their families and friends more about their faith and the importance of prayer.

Ezuma believes the new approach will help families grow closer together in their faith, he wrote in the church bulletin.
