Today, the American Principles Project (APP) urged Congress to support Christian colleges and universities, claiming they have been unjustly targeted by the Biden Administration's Department of Education, specifically through its Office of Enforcement. According to APP's recent report, nearly 70% of the Office's actions affected faith-based and career schools, although these institutions account for fewer than 10% of students nationwide.

For further details on the Office of Enforcement's actions, APP has launched a website, ProtectChristianColleges.org, which elaborates on the report and its findings.

Terry Schilling, the president of APP, addressed a letter to the House Committee on Education & the Workforce and the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. He called for hearings to investigate these actions and to explore measures to safeguard Christian colleges and universities. Schilling stated, "We cannot allow the Biden Administration’s persecution of Christian colleges and universities to go unpunished. It’s time for Congress to launch a full investigation into these unjust actions and find ways to protect Christian schools in the future from those who seek to destroy them."
