Franciscan University of Steubenville will host its 56th Annual Baron Club Awards Dinner on April 10, featuring Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski as the keynote speaker. The event will take place at the university's Finnegan Fieldhouse, beginning with a reception and dinner at 6:00 p.m., followed by the program at 7:00 p.m.

Stefanski is set to discuss his experiences as an NFL head coach, sharing insights and stories from his career. He will also speak about how his Catholic faith has influenced his professional journey. Stefanski became the Cleveland Browns' 18th full-time head coach on January 13, 2020, leading the team to two postseason appearances and achieving two seasons with at least 11 regular-season wins. He joins Pro Football Hall of Famer Paul Brown as one of only two coaches in team history to reach this milestone and has been named Associated Press NFL Coach of the Year twice within five years.

In addition to his coaching career, Stefanski was a team captain during his senior year at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003. In 2024, he and his family established the Keepers Foundation, focusing on helping underprivileged children in Northeast Ohio. Stefanski resides with his wife Michelle and their three children.

The event will honor Leo Lanaghan with the Father Terence Henry, TOR, President’s Award for his seven decades of volunteer service to Catholic Central High School's athletic program. Lanaghan has served in various roles including as a member of the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, a Steubenville police officer for over two decades, and a probation officer.

Additionally, Tom and Sarah Gentile will receive the Kuzma Community Award for their longstanding support of Franciscan University. Tom Gentile serves as president of the university's Community Relations Board and is active in local business leadership within Ohio Valley.

Dinner reservations are available for $90 per person or $125 including Baron Club membership. Sponsorships range from $500 to $5,000 with benefits such as photos with Stefanski and autographed footballs included.
